With a passion for supporting others into wellbeing and creativity, I use the arts and somatic dance/movement to inspire personal change and develop inner resources for wellbeing. I have been practicing as a somatic dance and movement educator since 2020, and working with the arts to support others since 2013. My practice is trauma-informed and accredited by the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA).
