Sessions
Somatic movement/dance sessions for groups and individuals can be experienced at home, online and in community settings. In these sessions, you can expect to:
- Learn more about your personal relationship to body, mind and emotions
- Expand your creativity and playfulness
- Be supported to explore your inner world
- Develop your knowledge of anatomy and the nervous system
- Deepen your connection to self and others
- Build internal resources for resilience.
Creativity and self-awareness skills can reveal yourself to yourself in a fresh way. If you are seeking additional support as you navigate life changes, grief, neurodivergence or physical health issues, a somatic movement session may be for you. Please get in touch for further information.
About me
With a passion for supporting others into wellbeing and creativity, I use the arts and somatic dance/movement to inspire personal change and develop inner resources for wellbeing. I have been practicing as a somatic dance and movement educator since 2020, and working with the arts to support others since 2013. My practice is trauma-informed and accredited by the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA).
